This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at energiacore.in and related pages operated by Energia Core Private Limited (“Energia Core”, “we”, “us” or “our”) from Gurugram, Haryana, India.

It covers personal data handled through this marketing website and enquiries made using the email, telephone and WhatsApp links shown here. Energia Core applications, charging services, customer portals and contracted CSMS deployments may issue separate privacy notices that apply to their specific users and processing.

Personal data we handle

The website does not currently provide account registration, payment collection or an enquiry form. Depending on how you use it, we may handle:

• Enquiry and contact data: your name, organisation, contact details and the content of communications you choose to send by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Technical and security data: internet protocol address, request time, browser or device information, requested pages and diagnostic events that our hosting or security providers may process to deliver and protect the website.
• Business correspondence: proposals, meeting notes and follow-up information arising from your enquiry.

Inputs entered in the ROI calculators and EV Impact Challenge are processed in your browser and are not sent to or stored by Energia Core. If you choose an email or WhatsApp consultation link, only the prefilled message and any information you add in that external service are shared.

Why we use personal data
