These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the public website at energiacore.in and related pages operated by Energia Core Private Limited (“Energia Core”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms apply only to this public website. Charging services, the Core CSMS, charging applications, hardware sales, support and other products may be governed by separate order forms, subscriptions, licences, warranties, service levels or customer terms.

Website information and enquiries

The website provides general information about Energia Core, charging stations, software and related capabilities. Content is not a binding technical specification, offer, quotation, warranty or professional advice. Features, availability, performance figures, imagery and roadmaps may change.

Sending an email, making a call, using WhatsApp or requesting a discussion does not create a customer, partnership, agency, employment or confidential relationship. A binding commitment arises only through a written agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by authorised representatives.

Permitted use

You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation of Energia Core. You must not:
